1. What sorts of areas do you deal with?

Anything connected with water gardening/landscaping can be dealt with, including lighting, pumps, liners, Ultra-Violets, plants, fish, waterfalls, streams, fountains, rockeries, islands, bridges, filters, beaches, self contained units or ponds (whether raised, sunken, formal, wildlife, etc.)

Whether you are new to water or already have an existing pond and need advice or additional work doing, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to visit you at your convenience. The work is fully guaranteed, as is the equipment.

 

2. Do you charge for giving estimates?

There are no charges for advice/visits and the estimates are free. After that its up to you - its your garden. There is a portfolio of work done which may give you ideas, or there are photographs here that may help.

 

3. Will the people providing the estimate be involved in doing the work?

There are no salesmen at Creative Waterscenes. The people who come to see you are the same people who send the estimate, do the work, and are at the end of the telephone, should you have any queries before or after the work has been completed.

 

4. Who is involved in the design?

Creative Waterscenes can design the whole thing, whether a small fountain ornament or a large lake. You can have as much involvement as you wish, and if you already have ideas of your own or photographs / cut-outs, then these can all be accommodated (providing they're practical.)

 

5. What about maintenance?

There is also a maintenance service - usually only once or twice a year - if you want it. There are no contracts to sign and, if you wish, you could try this service just once, to see what it entails, and then decide if you want continue or have a go yourself.
